Alil Álvarez Alcalá wrote the editorial “La reforma fiscal que viene,” published August 26, 2013 in www.negociosreforma.com. In it, Alil proposes a list of economic principles internationally accepted to analyze fiscal reforms, and that could be taken into consideration as the Mexican Executive branch plans on submitting a reform proposal to Congress.
